Subscription Purchases

Subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the applicable subscription price every 28 days unless you cancel prior to the next billing date.

Your subscription will continue to automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your customer account or by contacting our customer support team.

You will receive an email reminder 5–7 days before each billing date, and a receipt after each successful transaction.

Billing will appear on your statement as Eloria.
