Please allow 5β10 business days for order processing and 6β14 business days for standard shipping (delivery times vary by location).
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Please note: These delivery timeframes are estimates only. Eloria does not guarantee exact delivery dates; however, we always strive to ensure your order arrives within or before the estimated timeframe.
To avoid delays, please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order. If we need to contact you to correct address details, processing time may be extended.
Your package may be delivered by your local postal service or courier. Most orders arrive with regular mail service. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice may be left with instructions for collection or redelivery.

We do not re-ship packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or due to customer unavailability.
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Eloria is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier and cannot issue refunds or store credits in these cases.
