Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be available as a subscription or pre-order. This policy outlines how you can update or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Eloria, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each shipment unless you choose a prepaid option.
Certain subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the next renewal date.
How to Cancel or Modify a Subscription
You may cancel or make changes to your subscription in one of the following ways:

Provide at least 3 days’ written notice prior to your next renewal date by emailing us at support@eloriabeauty.shop, clearly stating that you would like to cancel your subscription; or

Use the “Manage Subscription” link available in the footer of our website, where you can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Your order confirmation emails also include links that allow you to access and manage your subscription details.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order with Eloria, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or not yet available in our inventory. At checkout, we may:

Collect no payment,

Collect a partial deposit, or

Store your payment method and charge the remaining balance once the item is ready to ship.
Pre-Order Cancellation
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order only if it has not yet been fulfilled.
If a pre-order has already been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
